Away Game Travel Policy:In most situations, student-athletes will travel as a team to and from all AWAY games. Coaching/team building often occurs during bus rides, and it is encouraged that student athletes travel as a team both before, and after games. If on a particular day a student-athlete needs to leave directly from a game and not return to school with the team, the parent/guardian must have received prior approval from the Director of Athletics.The person transporting the student-athlete must be listed in Genesis as the parent/guardian, or an emergency contact.Please submit all forms 48 hours in advance of the date requested.NOTE: Your request is not approved by submitting this application. The athletic department will decide and contact the head coach of your child's team.
